Chris is proud to announce he has joined forces with top Sacramento area Yes Tribute group Parallels! Rehearsals are underway with gigs to follow in early 2011. Be sure to visit the Parallels website.

Chris Meek has been gigging around the Bay Area for 18 years doing festivals, club dates, and recording sessions with such diverse acts as Powers That Be, Shaka Ra, Myron Edwins, Sugar Boogie and Junior DeVille. Chris enjoys playing many styles, working regularly in the Blues, Rock and Funk genres. He has appeared on CD 6 times, producing 3. He currently plays with Ascension (funk/soul/hip hop), Trilogy (a Rush tribute) and does sub work with top bay area cover bands including Livewire and the Fundamentals .

Chris has maintained a regular spot on the teaching staff at the Soundwall Music Camp held at UC Santa Cruz each summer. This, combined with a full teaching schedule, keeps Chris very busy with his music.
